HomeDepartmental Performance Measures
Within each of the five Strategic Plan goal areas, performance measure data is collected by departments and updated on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as part of the Managing for Results (MFR) model.
MFR provides the framework to establish performance measures, analyze these measures, and make necessary ongoing improvements to deliver quality programs and services to the residents of Durham County. MFR allows Durham County decision makers to analyze data and trends and to then review programs and services objectively. Performance data helps ensure that Durham County is using tax dollars to fund the results that residents want.
